Ms. Lipski graduated cum laude and with Honors from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Already fascinated by employment law, she wrote her honors thesis on sexual harassment. Ms. Lipski earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Ms. Lipski continued to pursue her interest in employment law by working at labor and employment law firms.
