She has experience litigating in both state and federal court, as well as administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Ms. Cho received her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and received
her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Cho was
a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. She also worked as an extern for the Honorable
Valerie Baker Fairbank of the United States District Court, Central District of California
for two semesters. Ms. Cho also competed in the American Bar Association Law Student
Negotiation Competitions and placed first in her region and finished as a semi-
