Jennifer started with JML Law while still in law school, but her passion for employment law developed while working during college. As with many, one of Jennifer’s employers did not protect its employees. Jennifer began researching employee rights and empowered herself with her employer. She then wrote her honors thesis on sexual harassment in the workplace. Jennifer graduated cum laude, with honors, from the University of Arizona. She received the President’s Award for Excellence and the University’s Provost Scholarship.
She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity and has helped raise funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation. In 2010, Jennifer graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law. Since becoming a lawyer, she has specialized in all aspects of employment law, and has successfully resolved hundreds of cases to the benefit of her clients.
Jennifer’s first language is Polish and she enjoys the rare occasion of running into a fellow native speaker. When not working for her clients, Jennifer likes to stay active by biking, jogging, playing tennis, skydiving and other extreme sports.
