A mentee of Mr. Lovretovich since 2005, Nick’s career has crossed the spectrum of all aspects of employment law.
From the beginning of his career representing employees, to nearly a decade of representing employers, to now returning to his passion of representing employees, Nick has litigated over a thousand employment law cases from pre-litigation settlement through both jury and bench trials as well as appeals, including arguing and obtaining numerous published appellate opinions.
In 2005, Nick started his career with JML Law representing employees in all aspects of employment law. He then went on to become a managing partner at a preeminent national law firm representing employers, primarily working with non-profit corporations. After nearly a decade of practicing management-side employment law, Nick sought to go back to his passion of representing the true drivers of the economy, employees, and started his own successful law firm representing employees on an individual and class basis. As fate would have it, Nick rejoined his mentor to further develop his goals of representing the most vulnerable members of society.
Outside of the legal work, you can find Nick as the sun comes up surfing the local breaks of Ventura, skateboarding and mountain biking with his two high school aged sons, watching his favorite (and only) daughter compete in English equestrian jumping or getting choked by his youngest (and craziest) son in Brazilian Jiu Jujitsu
